Since you will never be employed, own a business, or work in the private sector (and if we believe your bullshit story about being a teacher, which is completely false as teachers just don't mysteriously end up completely shunned for society on welfare), you would not Trump has never declared bankruptcy in his person. He has had companies that have went bankrupt for various reasons (US tax law etc... or just need to be reorganized). All large corporations have this happen. Trump/his organization probably has started 1000 different business units and some are bound to fail. But since you know nothing about IRL you would have no clue about this. People are so fucking stupid when it comes to politics. You can't enact programs w/o WINNING a campaign. To build coalitions in a campaign you have to make promises that may not always be rational or optimal. If you think Trump or anybody who runs for president is going to do a bad job because they don't know every single issue is insane. The President is an execucutive who has an entire admin state appointed by him/her of experts to study issues and make recommendations which 99.999% the President will follow tbh.

i could see that. but idk when he has a big real estate project, im pretty sure he listens to architects telling him what's possible, consulting firms telling him what the mix of the building should be for retail, hotel, and pvt units based on the local economy, his attorneys for how to get his projects approved. he has some delegation experience at least.
