You used a fish pic as an example so I was telling you about schools of fish and there is alsways one that doesn't follow the others and that one usually ends up being the leader (we are talking about a mindless school of fish in this instance) and they wondered wtf was wrong with that fish, why it doesn't follow all the other fish like all the other fish do and they suggested it was because that fish has brain damage, which I find amusing.

I have a wider understanding.

It basically means you don't follow along with the accepted norm but seeing as you used a fish picture I thought I would explain about heterdoxy in schools of fish, and actually all those orange fish would be following the brain damaged green one.
