I could probably do a video of some of my exercises, but it would be really embarrassing. a lot of them involve balance and im always falling over. my bodyshred program is set up so that you don't get used to one routine and plateau. they kick my ass every time. jogging for 45 min is much easier imo

Yeah i heard same routine isnt good. You would def kick my ass in running though i have progressively become less active at my new job ugh the most exercise i get is a 30 min tabletennis practice and that makes me break a sweat.

Are you sure squats and deqdlifts will thicken your waist?

if you are eating at a caloric surplus, you will big and chunky.
