    it says that even though cartoons may not exclusively be for children, they are geared to them.

    you see, your forum draws kids to it, beccause it has cartoons and anime on it and people dn't know that it's full of porn and 1 racist spamming the same 5 threads with dickgirls and other crazy shit until they enroll.
    it's deceptive and that's dangerous.
