Why are niggers referred to as "African Americans" by the PC as a blanket term to cover anyone who is black?

I've been in Arizona and I just hate niggers, it doesn't mean I generally hate black people who is polite besides I hate niggers for criminal and uneducated behavior

I hate people who belittle people who are trying to educate themselves, show they are educated, or engage in violent criminal behavior. Some nonviolent criminal behavior is permissable IMO
