    No I walk the dog for 1/2 an hour to an hour, depending on the weather depends how far I walk

    But rain hail or shine I walk the dog for at least 1/2 hour, usually twice that long, every morning, even if I’m hungover or have work

    That’s why I get up at 7:30am every morning
