rep is simply a way to anonymously spam death threats at members they are jealous of... you can usually tell who they are as they are the same no-life obsessed losers who make their every post about a certain member they are obsessed with. Some people create a couple of accounts so that they can green rep themselves before anonymously spamming someone with inane unfunny comments
