My wife literally believes in God, or at least she says she does.
She doesn't go to church or anything, and never talks about religion or God, but she says that she wants to take our kids to church whenever we have them.
I told her she can do that if she wants, but I'm not going to go, and I'm not pretend like I agree with it.

you shouldn't. she needs to understand you're not interested in that part of her life, and it's unacceptable for her to try and force it on you. if you do compromise and go with her you're just going to resent her for it and you end up in the same place, but instead of now it'll years down the line when you have a lot more emotions invested in each other so it'll be way messier and more painful
