Yes. Other than when he kissed Louis in front of hundreds of people. There are also no CCTV cameras in Smallville or Metroplis. He's also a really good superhero keeping the fighting in these areas and going after the doomsday device in the middle of the ocean not hurting anyone and leaving the one in the middle of a megacity to the inept military.
