I am in my own recovery from extreme sleep deprivation and psychosis. I have impacted many of your lives in a negative way.
There is information that I'd like to share (again, when I am feeling recovered) that I believe will lessen the harm caused. I stayed up for days because I wanted to help, but good intentions don't mean anything when you give yourself authority that you don't have. I don't have ANY official qualifications or authority. I searched and found help for myself and asked for it, and then got significantly better. I wanted to share that....but in the process I disturbed my life greatly, hurt others, and I think just hit a hornets nest....
My life has been hell this past however long it's been, and I deserved it. I have my own life to get on track before I can open my mouth.
i'm deeply sorry. Please, be kind to each other. I won't post here for your sake and mine. I'm so sorry.
please get professional mental help.
