    Registration with Selective Service is also required for various federal programs and benefits, including Federal Assistance for Financial Student Aid (FAFSA), such as (student loans) and Pell Grant, job training, federal employment, and naturalization

    you don't KNOW ME. i am a good friend, i pride myself on that. and it IS a chore, she shouldn't have got herself in this situation and it is her fault. it is like when a friend gets drunk and you have to look after them. it is a hassle and you shouldn't have to do it, but you know you will do it because you do that for friends.
