not sure how it works up in the us but im pretty mad theyre banning vaping based on a knee jerk reaction to black market thc e juices that are mixed with 'vitamin e' and the flavors being banned have nothing to do with the crisis

he didn't pay for the registration stickers (don't k kw for how long) and the van was impounded. it escalated to the point where his welfare was stopped and he had a nervous breakdown where he told everyone he was going to suicide by police. he ended up walking down the road with weed in his pocket and got picked up by the cops, who put him in a mental hospital
