it was really satisfying and the top of it was all brown and crusty and the noodles were perfectly al dente. the sauce was creamy yet not overpoweringly rich and the smelly cheese was the bst part. i love gorgonzola cheese it is my favourite and i just adore it when i eat italian dishes., if i have it again i will take a picture
