Why does the forum always go down when I'm away?

When it got compromised back in December I was sleeping after a 16 hour work day, then yesterday I was away at work and came back to a deleted forum. Is this a curse? Is this forum destined to fail if I don't check in every few hours? I don't want that responsibility.
