ive tried this but don't understand it too much. i could have played college football (not d1, but d2) and in hs drank all sorts of protein shakes and shit so ivve modified my current diet from eating whatever to replacing lunch with basically a 50g protein shake and high protein food like fish. in essence i think this is like macro dieting, but im just not counting fats and carbs at all and eating protein rich foods, but then eating carbs if i feel like im going to pass out, while staying at a cal deficit idk
