    did you assemble this pc yourself? maybe you simply fucked up applying thermal grease, and it has dry rot on the inside from bubbles. run something actually good like open hardware monitor to measure temps

    does a stress test try to probe all of the instruction sets? maybe you have an aberration with just one of them and you can disable it. the operations still get done they just get done with compatibility code in the core of the OS instead of being executed directly

    you do realize i never took programming and youre just speaking moonspeak right now,
    i applied new thermal paste like half a year ago, and cleaned the stock heatsink which is probably not even doing a good job in the first place.
