    too many gallstones? one of my friends just had this (had all types of stomach issues prior to it). first 2-3 days you're pretty weak, but should be back to normal for he mos tpart after a week. removing it solved all their stomach issues fwiw

    yeah. runs in the family, like 4 of my relatives on my dad's side needed theirs out too. all the coffee probably didn't help either.

    yeah shit sucks, but totlly got better for them w/o the gallbladder. i almost want mine out to see if that would cause me to never get sick from food lol,

    doesnt work that way, a lot of people get the shits from anything greasy after theirs is taken out, takes a while to adjust. didn't happen to me mine was already not working for a while by the time I got it removed

    also look into macro dieting. it will change your life if you havent ans you will pack on muscle quick

    ive tried this but don't understand it too much. i could have played college football (not d1, but d2) and in hs drank all sorts of protein shakes and shit so ivve modified my current diet from eating whatever to replacing lunch with basically a 50g protein shake and high protein food like fish. in essence i think this is like macro dieting, but im just not counting fats and carbs at all and eating protein rich foods, but then eating carbs if i feel like im going to pass out, while staying at a cal deficit idk

    instead of counting calories you count how grams of carbs, fat, and protein you eat. you can adjust the diet to suit your needs, like if youre looking to lose fat, maintain what you have, or gain muscle weight. just go look up a macro calculator and it will calculate what you need to eat. there is an app called lose it that lets you scan barcodes of food so you dont have to even think

    too much work for now. would do this if i was close to being shredded.

    myfitnesspal does record macros if i choose to looks at them so it seems similar to lose it except that myfritnesspal leaked my data.

    speaking about data - marks have you had to do anything re GDFR?
